Broadway In Chicago has announced that individual tickets for the new U.S. National Tour of ANNIE will go on sale to the public Friday, Sept. 19 at 10 AM. Directed by original lyricist and director Martin Charnin for the 19th time, this production of ANNIE will be a brand new physical incarnation of the iconic Tony Award-winning original. ANNIE will play Chicago's Cadillac Palace Theatre (151 W Randolph) for a limited two-week engagement November 18 through 30, 2014.

The new U.S. National Tour of ANNIE will play at Jacksonville's Times-Union Center's Moran Theater from Tuesday, October 21st through Sunday, October 26th for eight performances only. The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts today announced complete casting for its world premiere musical production of Little Dancer. The musical features book and lyrics by Tony Award winner Lynn Ahrens, music by Tony Award winner Stephen Flaherty, and direction and choreography by five-time Tony Award winner Susan Stroman. Performances of Little Dancer will take place in the Kennedy Center Eisenhower Theater from October 25 to November 30, 2014. Press night will be Thursday, November 20, 2014 at 7:30 p.m.

The Kennedy Center just released a photo of Tiler Peck in the title role of Little Dancer and you can check it out below! The costuming and pose reflect that of Edgar Degas' masterpiece, Little Dancer Aged Fourteen, which may be viewed at the National Gallery of Art in Washington. The Gallery will mount a special exhibition of the statue beginning October 5 in conjunction with the musical.
