The day after the opening night (October 7) of the 16th National Tour of Broadway smash CHICAGO, Rick Pessagno (Broadway's 'Sophisticated Ladies,' '42nd Street'), who also starred as Roxie Hart's unscrupulous lover, Fred Casely, in CHICAGO's First National Tour in 1997, and now dabbling in backstage work as one of the touring production's three stage managers, generously gave us--BroadwayWorld.com and a small group of Filipino journalists--a glimpse of CHICAGO's rather simple backstage setup at the Saenger Theatre, New Orleans' famed atmospheric theatre.

Bring your loved ones for a heart-warming celebration of Americana, playing at the Citi Performing Arts Center Wang Theatre for 16 performances, from December 16 - 28. Presented by the Citi Performing Arts Center and MSG Entertainment, tickets are on now sale at the Citi Center box office, through www.citicenter.org or by calling 800-982-ARTS (2787). Hennepin Theatre Trust announced today that individual tickets for the Minneapolis premiere of Irving Berlin's White Christmas are on sale now. The stage adaptation of the beloved classic film is coming tonight, Nov. 25-30 to Hennepin Theatre Trust's Orpheum Theatre as part of the 2014-2015 Thrivent Financial Broadway on Hennepin season.
