How was your week? I am gearing up for the weekend, which means 5 shows over at Rock of Ages. For me, that means lots of green tea, working out, and maybe a few chocolate covered espresso beans! That's how I keep my stamina going for such a high energy show. I also am a big advocate of eating healthy - not just to look great in my costumes, but for energy and well being. (I'll touch upon that a bit more next week!)
