To dovetail Heaven 17's world premiere of 'The Luxury Gap' album performed in its entirety in 3D sound at the London Roundhouse on Friday October 14th, and songs from B.E.F.'s Music of Quality & Distinction albums the following night on Saturday October 15th, Heaven 17 have launched their own weekly radio series on Absolute 80s entitled 'Electronic 80s with Heaven 17.

ROCK OF AGES is currently in previews at London's Shaftsbury Theatre, led by Justin Lee Collins, Shayne Ward, Amy Pemberton, Oliver Tompsett and Simon Lipkin. The production officially opened on September 27.

How's this for weird… On Sunday night I saw a show where a straight guy spoke for an hour and fifteen minutes about how people mistake him for gay because of his interests and not once did he mention anything about musical theatre. Not once! If nothing else, I give Paul Stroili points for not using the most obvious cliché.
