Pull Together Productions inaugural production, a revival of Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright, David Lindsay-Abaire's comedy Wonder of the World, opens June 10. The production is directed by Brian Gillespie, and runs through June 26 at the Shell Theater, located in the Times Square Arts Center, 300 West 43rd Street (at 8th Ave.) 4th floor in NYC. Performances will be held Thursday through Saturday at 8pm, with Sunday evening performances on June 13 and 20 at 7pm. There is an additional performance scheduled for Wednesday, June 16 at 8pm. New Georges has announced that the company has received a three-year, $90,000 grant from The Andrew W. Mellon Foundation which supports the creation of an artistic director's discretionary fund. This grant is intended to help New Georges maintain financial stability during these volatile economic times, and thereby continue to do excellent artistic work, take risks, commit to new plays/artistic projects, and invest in artists over time.

Woodshed Collective will present the world premiere of The Confidence Man, conceived by Woodshed Collective, written by Paul Cohen (winner of the 2008 NYCFringe best playwright award), and inspired by Herman Melville's1857 novel about a riverboat con man, beginning Tuesday, September 1 and playing free to the public on the ship Lilac, a decommissioned U.S. Coast Guard vessel docked on the north side of Pier 40, at the intersection of West and Houston streets on the Hudson River.
