Nathan Lane and Brian Dennehy to Reprise Roles in THE ICEMAN COMETH at BAM; Runs 2/5-3/15

BAM and Scott Rudin will present Goodman Theatre's renowned revival of Eugene O'Neill's The Iceman Cometh from February 5 through March 15, 2015. Directed by Goodman Artistic Director Robert Falls and featuring Tony Award-winning stage and screen actors Nathan Lane (as Theodore "Hickey" Hickman) and Brian Dennehy (as Larry Slade), the production, including its original Chicago cast, is slated for a six-week run in the BAM Harvey Theater. Ticket on-sale dates will be announced in the fall of 2014.

The Douglas Morrisson Theatre (DMT) has announced the fifth production in the 2013-2014 'Bare Bones' staged reading series: "GRACE" by Craig Wright, a darkly comic play exploring the changing nature of faith, time and space.

Theatre for a New Audience's inaugural production of A Midsummer Night's Dream, directed by multiple Tony Award-winner Julie Taymor with original music composed by Academy Award and Golden Globe-winning Elliot Goldenthal, opened on November 2 at the Theatre's newly-named building, Polonsky Shakespeare Center, 262 Ashland Place between Lafayette Avenue and Fulton Street, Brooklyn. Schmoes Knows, who scooped the recent Tim Burton/BEETLEJUICE sequel news last week, claims that sources have confirmed that Paul Rudd and Rashida Jones are finalizing their deals to lead Edgar Wright's upcoming film, following Henry Pym, 'a brilliant scientist who invented a substance that allowed him to change his size.' Jones would play Janet Van Dyne, later known as The Wasp.

Sources have confirmed that the duo will be meeting with Marvel execs and Wright an additional time before any deal is offered. The publication also reports that an additional actor may also be approached, though a name was not given.

Belleville features ensemble members Alana Arenas and Kate Arrington with Chris Boykin and Cliff Chamberlain. Belleville begins previews June 27, 2013 (Opening night is July 7; Press performances are July 6 at 3pm and July 9 at 7:30pm) and runs through August 25 in Steppenwolf's Downstairs Theatre (1650 N Halsted St).
