Karen Ziemba, a Tony Award-winner and star of Long Wharf Theatre's smash hit production of Sylvia, will be performing at the 2010 Gala: Take the Stage, held on Monday, June 7.

On June 21, New York's The Acting Company will host ONE ENCHANTED EVENING: RODGERS, RODGERS, AND GUETTEL, a benefit celebrated the music of Richard Rodgers, daughter Mary Rodgers, and grandson Adam Guettel. The benefit will be directed by Christopher Gattelli with musical direction by Mary-Mitchell Campbell and will feature many theatrical luminaries.

Over the past several years, Long Wharf Theatre has reinvented its Gala, bringing audiences backstage to see prosaic theatre spaces in exciting and innovative ways, while enjoying fine food and, of course, the sort of entertainment Long Wharf Theatre is known for.

The York Theatre Company (James Morgan, Producing Artistic Director) will present NEO6, a benefit concert celebrating New, Emerging, Outstanding musical theatre writers, this Monday, May 10 at its home in Saint Peter's Theatre. Following the 7:30 PM performance (featuring the voices of many of today's top musical theatre talent), there will be a champagne and dessert reception to end the evening.
