This weekend, beginning Saturday, November 14, L.A. Theatre Works will air Pack of Lies by Hugh Whitemore, starring Julian Sands, David Selby, Roxanne Hart, Rosalind Ayres and Martin Jarvis. The broadcast can be heard locally in Southern California on Saturday from 10 pm to midnight on KPCC 89.3 FM, and can also be streamed on demand at http://www.latw.org/.

Faith Prince & Davis Gaines to Star in Orlando 'Sweeney Todd'

Broadway's Davis Gaines takes the starring role as the demon barber of Fleet Street along with Tony Award winner Faith Prince as the diabolical Mrs. Lovett. The two have worked together before on several projects including Guys and Dolls in Seattle and In Living Color in New York and Orlando.

Straight from London's National Theatre to L.A. Theatre Works, Stacy Keach and Julian Sands star in the American Premiere of David Hare's streamlined version of Bertolt Brecht's The Life of Galileo. LATW opens its 2007-08 season with five performances at the Skirball Cultural Center, October 17-21, each recorded to air on LATW's nationally-syndicated weekly radio theater series, 'The Play's The Thing.'
