Composer-lyricist Scott Alan's held a very special evening of songs and discussion in celebration of the release of his new CD, Keys: The Music of Scott Alan on Monday, December 1st at the Barnes & Nobleat Lincoln Triangle, 1972 Broadway at 66th Street.

Music and theater related events taking place at Lincoln Triangle Barnes & Noble, 66th St. and Broadway. Our performances are free and open to the public. Seating priority will be given to those who purchase the featured book or CD.

Scott Siegel turned off the microphones for the fifth time this week to celebrate the raw power of the human voice at the annual Broadway by the Year concert.

Acclaimed New York based singer/songwriter Jeremy Schonfeld will take the stage at Boston University's GSU Conference Auditorium on Thursday, December 11, 2008 at 8:00pm in collaboration with Boston University's premiere musical theatre group, BU on Broadway. With music from 37 Notebooks, Drift, and other upcoming projects, the solo piano concert features special guest Amy Spanger. The concert will also feature students from BU On Broadway who auditioned for the concert via YouTube, who will collaborate with Schonfeld and Spanger to perform material in the end-of-the-semester concert.

More than a dozen Broadway and Cabaret Stars will be shaking the rafters in the 5th Annual Broadway Unplugged concert at Town Hall on Monday night, November 17th. Aaron Lazar, late of Tale of Two Cities will be joining a stellar cast that already boasts Broadway's Mary Poppins, Ashley Brown, as well as Marc Kudisch, Jeff McCarthy, Julia Murney, Matt Cavenaugh, Cheryl Freeman, Christiane Noll, William Michals, Lorinda Lisitza, Chuck Cooper, Erin Denman, Bill Daugherty, and Ron Bohmer.

It was announced today that the 5th Annual Broadway Unplugged will feature a special guest appearance by the legendary nightclub entertainer that Johnny Carson famously called a 'Super Singer' -- Marilyn Maye.
