The Gretna Theatre has announced their 2010 summer season. Productions will include Nunsense starring Sally Struthers, The Marvelous Wonderettes, The Will Rogers Follies, The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, Peter Pan, Mr. Hobbs' Vacation, and Mame. The season will begin with Nunsense, opening June 3rd.

The 2009-2010 season of Reprise Theatre Company continues with 'A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum,' 1962's Tony-Award-winning Best Musical, March 16 to 28 at UCLA's Freud Playhouse. Directed by David Lee, the production's book is by Burt Shevelove and Larry Gelbart, with music and lyrics by Stephen Sondheim.

Several Connecticut theatres will broadcast Patti LuPone's appearance on the popular 'Live From New York's 92nd Street Y' on February 4th. LuPone's concert, 'The Broadway Life' will be seen at The Shubert Theatre in New Haven, beginning at 8:15pm as well as at The Katharine Hepburn Cultural Center in Old Saybrook. The evening will also feature Leonard Lopste.
