Barbara Walsh, celebrated Tony and Drama Desk award nominated actress in such Broadway musicals as the 2007 revival of COMPANY, FALSETTOS, BIG, HAIRSPRAY, BLOOD BROTHERS, NINE AND ROCK AND ROLL: THE FIRST 5,000 YEARS, as well as television's 'One Life To Live' and 'Law and Order,' will star as Beatrice Stanton in the New York Musical Theatre Festival's production of ABOUT FACE.

The Rodgers & Hammerstein Organization confirmed today that principal orchestral and vocal work has been completed for the first complete recording of Rodgers & Hammerstein's ALLEGRO. A release date for the recording will be announced shortly.

On Monday, February 4 The Vineyard Theatre - where Edward Albee's Pulitzer Prize-winning play Three Tall Women debuted in 1994 - celebrated Albee's 50-year career as one of the world's leading dramatists, as he turns 80 during this theatrical season. Judy Kuhn, the acclaimed actress and singer, has extended the run of her sold-out show 'Serious Playground - The Songs of Laura Nyro.' The show will now be performed at the Iridium Jazz Club (1650 Broadway at 51st Street) on Thursdays at 7PM through February 28.

Abingdon Theatre Company will present the Off-Broadway premiere of the critically acclaimed one-woman show Rum & Coke, featuring Carmen Pelaez, February 1 - March 2, 2008 in the June Havoc Theatre. Previews begin February 1st and the production will have its official opening on Wednesday, February 13, 2008.

Miss White House, the new Off-Broadway, one-woman show about a candidate trying to fulfill her dreams of becoming the President of the United States, will begin previews at the 45th Street Theatre on Friday, November 16, 2007. The official opening will be on Tuesday, November 20, 2007. The production features actress Kaitlin Stillwell.

Producer Cameron Mackintosh announced today the final extension of his current Broadway production of Boublil and Schonberg's Les Miserables, now through Sunday, January 6 only at the Broadhurst Theatre (235 West 44th Street). The current production of Les Miserables opened on November 6 of 2006. Originally planned as a six-month limited engagement, Les Miserables extended by an additional nine months due to strong box-office sales.
