Eisa Davis, Gabriel Ebert, Nikki M. James, Joseph Keckler, Chris Sarandon, and Or Matias, on piano, just started rehearsals for the LCT3/Lincoln Center Theater production of PRELUDES, a new musical by Dave Malloy, inspired by the music of Sergei Rachmaninov, developed with and directed by Rachel Chavkin. PRELUDES, a world premiere and the first musical to be produced by LCT3 in the Claire Tow Theater, begins performances Saturday, May 23, opens Monday, June 15, and will run through Sunday, July 19 at the Claire Tow Theater (150 West 65th Street). Labyrinth Theater Company has announced the line-up for the second half of their 16th Annual Barn Series, the award-winning company's free play reading series. Running March 23-30, the Barn Series lets audiences encounter new plays written by or starring Labyrinth Company Members.

BAD WITH MONEY - Ben Rimalower's new play about spending beyond his means - has extended through December 2014 due to strong ticket sales. Previously scheduled to close on November 6, the show will be performed through December 18.

The Meeting* hosted by Justin Sayre, the acclaimed comedy/variety show, will begin the three-month engagement at JOE'S PUB at The Public Theater on Thursday, January 16 at 9:30 PM with a celebration of Rock legend David Bowie. After a highly-successful season at 54 Below, the show is returning to its downtown roots this year. The January show will feature special guests Michael Musto, Molly Pope, Joseph Keckler, Bridget Barkan, Michael Cavadias and Raquel Cion.

The Incubator Arts Project presents its fifth annual Other Forces, a festival of work from some of independent theater's most innovative artists. Other Forces will run today, January 9 - 26, 2014.
