Broadway Records, Seth Rudetsky and James Wesley announce a fundraising single to benefit LGBT Center of Central Florida.

Directed by Phyllida Lloyd, The Public's Free Shakespeare in the Park all-female production of THE TAMING OF THE SHREW began performances on May 24 and is part of the global 400th anniversary celebration of William Shakespeare's life and death. The free production officially opened last night, June 13 and will run through Sunday, June 26. BroadwayWorld brings you photos from the opening night red carpet below!

Joe's Pub at The Public has announced its nightly lineup for tonight, May 11, through May 22.

The first annual Broadway Bee, featuring Paige Davis (Chicago), Laura Michelle Kelly (Finding Neverland), Tony winner Christian Borle (Something Rotten), and Jose Llana (The King and I) took place just last night at The Cutting Room (44 E. 32nd St). Proceeds benefit Broadway Bound Kids, a NYC performing arts education organization. Ten teams, each representing a Broadway show, were encouraged to pull out all the stops to correctly spell the words. The more funds each team raised, the more they were allowed to cheat!

FULLY COMMITTED began performances on April 1 and just opened last night, April 25, 2016 on Broadway at the Lyceum Theatre.
