NYMF Announces 2010 Full Slate Of Musicals, Readings, Special Events

The New York Musical Theatre Festival (NYMF) has announced the full slate of 27 musical productions, a developmental reading series and special events for their seventh annual festival. This year's Festival will begin September 27th and continue through October 17th. A full breakdown of this year's performances follows.

Encore Performance Of JAWBREAKER Concert Set For July 30

Los Feliz' famous Show at Barre's star-studded, concert of Jawbreaker, a new musical based on the cult-classic film, will perform a encore performance on Friday July 30 at 10pm. As previously announced the concert will also be performed on Thursday, July 29th at 9pm.

NYMF Announces 2010 Invited Musical Selections

The New York Musical Theatre Festival (NYMF) today announces the 11 musicals that have been invited by NYMF to be presented with the 12 previously announced Next Link Project productions. NYMF will also announce the festival's Developmental Reading Series and other special events in the upcoming weeks. This year's festival will be presented September 27 - October 17 at venues around Manhattan. A complete list of shows and their writers are below.

The Arts and Artists of St. Paul will present their annual HOLIDAY SONGBOOK on December 13th at the New York Public Library at the Bruno Walter Auditorium. The concert will be directed by John Znidarsic, who also hosts and produces the event. The free concert will begin at 2:30pm.

Additional casting includes Elizabeth Brackenbury, Deborah S. Craig, Autumn Hurlbert, Matt Lutz, Tracy McDowell, Brooke Sunny Moriber and Zachary Prince.

The 48 Hour Musicals: Famous Last Words will be presented on August 10th and 11th at 7:30 P.M., at the Highland Park Community House, 1991 Sheridan Road in Highland Park, Illinois.
