Cameron Mackintosh's production of Boublil & Schonberg's legendary musical LES MISERABLES will have its Middle East premiere at Dubai Opera, situated in the heart of Downtown Dubai on 15 November 2016. The much-loved and critically acclaimed show will open the city's first purpose-built performing arts theatre.

The Shakespeare Revue, a comic concoction of hilarious sketches and show-stopping numbers written by comedy icons Victoria Wood, Alan Bennett, Maureen Lipman, Monty Python, Noel Coward, Cole Porter, Fry & Laurie and musical theatre favourites, Stephen Sondheim, Stiles & Drewe and many more, returns to the stage with a UK tour as part of the nationwide celebrations marking the 400th anniversary of Shakespeare's death.

The production opens at the Devonshire Park Theatre, Eastbourne on Wednesday 3 August 2016 and tours to a further six venues until 26th November 2016, prior to West End. Now in its record breaking 30th year, Cameron Mackintosh just announced exciting cast changes for"LES MISERABLES" at the Queen's Theatre in 2016. Joining the cast from Monday 15 February 2016 are Patrice Tipoki as 'Fantine'; Craig Mather as 'Marius' andDanielle Hope as 'Eponine.' Peter Lockyer will continue to star as 'Jean Valjean', Jeremy Secomb as 'Javert',Phil Daniels as 'Thenardier', Katy Secombe as 'Madame Thenardier'; Zoe Doano as 'Cosette' and Bradley Jaden as 'Enjolras'.

Jonathan Reid Gealt performed in concert on Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th September at St. James for TransAtlantic. Craig Adams and Steven Luke Walker joined Gealt in concert for a TransAtlantic mix of new musical theatre. Matthew Barrow, Craig Colton, Danielle Hope, Kelly Anne Gower and Jennifer Tierney were also performing, plus two of the three 'Quiet' competition winners' Daniel Gregory (PPA 3rd year) and Tom Cromwell (from Australia). The band was led by Aaron Williams.

Parallel Productions present their official Gala Launch. A fusion of cabaret and concert, musical theatre and acoustic arrangements, the night will host a cast of established musical theatre performers, alongside some new talent, singing stripped back acoustic versions of musical theatre songs. The Launch will be held at the Battersea Barge, at 8pm on Wednesday 4th September.
