The winners of the 2010 Nightlife Awards were announced today, as were yet more special guest stars who will both perform and present the winners to the audience on Monday, January 25th at 7 PM at The Town Hall.

A rep for Liza Minnelli tells People Magazine that the singer is planning to undergo knee-replacement surgery in the next week. 'Minnelli, who has been dancing on stage she was a teenager, is 63,' the rep says. 'She is expected to make a full recovery.'

And though the 62-year-old entertainer was understandably still catching her breath after a spirited vaudevillian delivery of Styne, Comden & Green's tongue-twisting comic masterpiece, 'If,' she suddenly stopped what she was doing, lifted her face to the direction of the adulation and with a soft, angelic look of wonderment, answered in a clear, strong voice, 'I love you, too. You know I do.'

LIZA'S AT THE PALACE was filmed in the Hollywood Theatre at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas on Wednesday, September 30 and Thursday, October 1, 2009 and will be released on DVD in early 2010 by MPI Home Video.

Feinstein's at the Loews Regency has announced additions to its fall calendar and the acts include headline engagements by Tony Award winner Jane Krakowski (October 6-17), Tony winners Victoria Clark and Ted Sperling (October 20-24), Mary Cleere Haran (October 29-31, November 5-7), Maude Maggart (November 10-14), and Ronan Tynan (November 27-28).

Broadway star Karen Mason, whose credits include Sunset Boulevard and Hairspray, will perform a benefit concert for The Actors Fund on Sunday, October 4 at Feinstein's at the Loews Regency.

If you live in Las Vegas and want Broadway, just get tickets to Jersey Boys or The Lion King. If you want to see Broadway better than it is on Broadway, you can see Phantom: The Las Vegas Spectacular. For the 'only in Las Vegas' type of show, there are any of the five Cirque du Soleil productions.
