Symphony Space, one of New York's best-loved cultural destinations, is pleased to announce a new season of lively and diverse programming, running from October 2017 through June 2018. Returning this season are Projects conceived by Artistic Director Andrew Byrne, each uniting Symphony Space's multidisciplinary events around a shared theme. On October 11 at Roulette, Smith will premiere new work for an expanded version of his chamber ensemble Laugh Ash, in which the intricacies of chamber ensemble composition are morphed through a lens of low-fi hip hop, damaged electronics, and block structures, resulting in 'hooks' of a sort.

Croce has been inextricably linked to a version of his own story by virtue of his name.
