El 15 de octubre de 2003 se estrenaba en la cartelera madrileña el musical CABARET en el Nuevo Teatro Alcalá.
Pocas funciones bastaron para consolidarlo como una de las grandes producciones del momento, que llegó a ser vista por más de 900.000 espectadores. Para tal fin, el mismo teatro de Madrid sufrió una completa transformación, viéndose ambientado, desde el escenario hasta el mismísimo patio de butacas, como un auténtico cabaret berlinés de los años 30.

Full Casting Announced For CABARET in the West End

Full casting is announced today, Monday 6 September, for the musical CABARET at the KIT KAT CLUB in London’s West End. Joining the previously announced Eddie Redmayne as ‘The Emcee’ and Jessie Buckley as ‘Sally Bowles’ will be Omari Douglas as ‘Cliff Bradshaw’, Liza Sadovy as ‘Fraulein Schneider’, Elliot Levey as ‘Herr Schultz’, Stewart Clarke as ‘Ernst Ludwig’ and Anna-Jane Casey as ‘Fraulein Kost’.
