On the upcoming Halloween episode of NBC's THE OFFICE entitled 'Spooked', fears are revealed on the spookiest night in Dunder Mifflin History! Erin (Ellie Kemper) struggles to make the Halloween party at the office exactly how Andy (Ed Helms) and Robert California (two-time Emmy Award winner James Spader) want it. Meanwhile, Jim (John Krasinski) and Pam (Jenna Fischer) argue about whether ghosts are real, and Dwight (Rainn Wilson) bonds with Robert's 11-year-old son, Bert. B.J. Novak, Leslie David Baker, Phyllis Smith, Angela Kinsey, Brian Baumgartner, Oscar Nunez, Kate Flannery, Paul Lieberstein, Mindy Kaling, Craig Robinson, and Creed Bratton also star.

The launch of the fall television season is under way and with it, the influx of commercial interruptions. Lexus is offering an alternative to the traditional 30-minute sitcom with the debut of its fourth season of L Studio.

Production Commences on ANNA KARENINA Film

Working Title Films has commenced production on Joe Wright's epic love story Anna Karenina, adapted from Leo Tolstoy's classic novel by Academy Award winner Tom Stoppard (Shakespeare in Love). The film will shoot in the U.K. and Russia. Focus Features will distribute the movie domestically, and Universal Pictures International (UPI) will distribute the movie internationally.

James Spader Officially Joins the Cast of NBC's THE OFFICE

Multiple Emmy Award winner and Broadway veteran James Spader ('Boston Legal,' 'The Practice') will be joining the regular cast of NBC's 'The Office' (Thursdays, 9-9:30 p.m. ET) as CEO Robert California of Sabre, the parent company of Dunder Mifflin.

GLEE, Daniel Radcliffe, et al. Nominated for 2011 Teen Choice Awards

TEEN CHOICE 2011 will celebrate the hottest teen icons in film, television, music, sports and fashion in the choicest, star-studded two-hour event airing live Sunday, Aug. 7 (8:00-10:00 PM ET live/PT tape-delayed) on FOX. 'The Twilight Saga: Eclipse' leads the TEEN CHOICE 2011 nominees with 12 nominations, and GLEE has nine nominations. In addition, 'The Vampire Diaries' has seven nominations, while 'The Hangover Part II,' Taylor Swift and Selena Gomez each earned six nominations.

Aaron Sorkin, John Krasinski Developing HBO Miniseries

According to the Hollywood Reporter, Aaron Sorkin and John Krasinski are currently developing an HBO miniseries based on Life at the Marmont. The book on which the series will be based was written by Raymond R. Sarlot and Fred Basten. Sorkin will pen the script and executive produce with Krasinski, who is expected to star in it as well.

Anonymous Content Joins Before the Door/Periods Collaboration

On the heels of their success with JC Chandor's MARGIN CALL, Zachary Quinto's Before The Door Pictures has announced the company's second feature project, an "untitled found-footage" romantic comedy. Quinto and producing partners Neal Dodson and Corey Moosa commence principal photography on the film this week in New York.

NBC.com Launches 'World's Best Boss' Micro-Site

NBC.com allows fans of NBC's 'The Office' to extend a fond farewell to the 'World's Best Boss' -- Michael Scott (Golden Globe winner Steve Carell) -- in a compilation of special features on the Emmy Award-winning series' popular micro-site (http://www.nbc.com/the-office/) as Michael departs Dunder Mifflin in an extended 50-minute episode on Thursday, April 28 (9-9:50 p.m. ET).
