William Shakespeare's Julius Caesar is getting a modern look at the Heritage Center Theatre as the Actors' NET of Bucks County stages this classic play about power and corruption.

Actors' NET of Bucks County presents Shakespeare's Julius Caesar at The Heritage Center Theatre. The play will be staged in modern dress to show the relevancy the piece still has today. The play will run from April 25th to May 11th.

Cabaret, the explosive musical about the rise of Nazism set against the backdrop of a seedy German cabaret in the 1930s takes to the Heritage Center stage in Morrisville.

The Actors' NET of Bucks County concludes its 15th season July 15 -31 with the brilliant musical blockbuster, Cabaret. With a book by Joe Masteroff, based on the play by John Van Druten and stories by Christopher Isherwood, Cabaret boasts an explosive score with music by John Kander and lyrics by Fred Ebb.

The intricate webs of love lost, found, and anticipated will be revealed in Pierrot Productions' presentation of 'A Little Night Music,' the award-winning Stephen Sondheim musical, at Mercer County Community College's Kelsey Theatre. Dates and show times for this elegant bittersweet comedy are Fridays, March 4 and 11 at 7:30 p.m.; Saturdays, March 5 and 12 at 7:30 p.m.; and Sundays, March 6 and 13 at 2 p.m. Kelsey Theatre is located on Mercer's West Windsor campus, 1200 Old Trenton Road. A reception with the cast and crew follows the opening night performance on March 4.

Also starring Scott Lutz of Philadelphia as 'Prince Dauntless,' Pam Jorgensen of Franklin Park, NJ as 'Queen Aggravain,' Ed Patton of Fairless Hills as 'King Sextimus,' Katie Skelly of Bordentown, NJ as 'Lady Larken,' and John Bergeron of Morrisville as 'Sir Harry.' Costarring Marco Newton of Yardley as 'The Wizard,' Dennis McGuire of Levittown as 'The Jester,' Tim Johnson of Yardley as 'The Minstrel' and John Helmke of Yardville as 'Sir Studley.'

With activities ranging from tours of Historic Summerseat, a colonial era home once owned by two signers of the Declaration of Independence (Robert Morris, for whom the borough is named, and George Clymer), to a special Saturday afternoon program Aug. 22 featuring actor/interpreters discussing the Revolutionary War effort, the weekend promises to be its own historic event. Many businesses and restaurants are offering discounts to residents and visitors to the picturesque community located just across the Delaware River from Trenton, NJ.

INTO THE WOODS: James Lapine wrote the book and the incomparable Stephen Sondheim the words and music for this fractured fairytale - the story of a childless baker and his wife, who attempt to reverse a curse in order to have a child. Act I ends with all ready to live 'happily ever after.'

The Sondheim-Lapine musical runs at the Heritage Center, 635 N. Delmorr Avenue (Route 32), Morrisville, from July 9 to 25. Show times are Fridays and Saturdays at 8 p.m. and Sundays at 2 p.m., with additional shows at 8 p.m. on Thursday 7/15 and 7/22 at 8 p.m. and Saturday 7/24 at 2 p.m.
