Tony nominees Kelli O'Hara (South Pacific, The Light in the Piazza) and De'Adre Aziza (Passing Strange), as well as Rescue Me's Steven Pasquale, Million Dollar Quartet standout Levi Kreis and singer/songwriter Greg Naughton will headline the previously-announced NewMusicalTheatre.com Launch Concert on Monday, April 26, 2010 at 10pm at NYC's (Le) Poisson Rouge. The event will not only salute the website's launch, but will celebrate the future of musical theater by bringing together an unparalleled group of young songwriters.

Last night, February 15, 2010 one time Tony-eligible actor Andrew Kober of Broadway's Hair made his New York solo debut at Joe's Pub with a concert event titled Koberet. As previously seen by about 100 Ohioans in the auditorium of Shaker Heights High, this updated Koberet is an even more self-indulgent version of the phenomenon that took the Midwest by storm eight years ago. In it, Broadway's most famous hetero drag queen muses on his life so far... because no one else will.

Two of Broadway's up-and-coming stars, Jennifer Damiano and Adam Chanler-Berat, will take their turn in the spotlight at Joe's Pub (425 Lafayette Street, NYC / Between East 4th and Astor Place) on Wednesday, February 3, 2010 as part of Sh-K-Boom & Ghostlight Records' ongoing concert series. The pair currently star as Natalie and Henry in the Tony-winning musical Next to Normal at Broadway's Booth Theatre. The 9:30pm concert will feature the young talents sharing their musical inspirations through duets and solo performances of some of the songs that made them fall in love with music.

On Monday, January 25, multi award-winning composer and lyricist Ryan Scott Oliver brings his buzzed-about concert RATED RSO: The Music & Lyrics of Ryan Scott Oliver back to Joe's Pub for two final performances at 7:30pm and 9:30pm. Helmed by director Travis Greisler, RATED RSO features an eclectic range of songs from RSO's musicals Mrs. Sharp and Darling, as well as some all-new material from his latest show 35MM, all of which will transform the intimate nightspot into a haven for sexy schoolteachers, Bostonian rent-boys, obsessive homicidal teenagers and fairy dust. This final version of RATED RSO will be the biggest yet: two concerts; ten brand-new songs; and twenty-three incredible Broadway performers.
