Host JIM CARUSO and musical director/pianist BILLY STRITCH are delighted to announce their return to THE MAGIC CASTLE for TWO nights, Wednesday and Thursday, December 8 and 9.

One of the most beloved and enduring characters in the history of American popular culture is aiming to finally make her way to the Broadway stage. Hazel - the saucy maid whose wry attitude, infallible wisdom and heart of gold has captured the hearts of millions for more than 60 years - will be in the spotlight again in an exciting new Broadway musical with music by composer Ron Abel and lyrics by Chuck Steffan. The veteran duo has acquired the rights to Hazel from the estate of creator Ted Key and are hoping to bring the show to the Great White Way in 2011.

Jim Caruso and Billy Stritch's Cast Party has officially proven to be a bi-coastally success with its West Coast premiere on Thursday, April 1st at the world famous Magic Castle's highly popular Cabaret at the Castle. The Extreme Open Mic that has become a Broadway mainstay was as equally well packed with Hollywood elite, some of which took their turn at the mic. The witty and charming Caruso took charge of the stage, while the musical genius of Billy Stritch brought brilliant music to the ears of patrons and performers alike.

The Hollywood Foreign Press Association announced Mavis Spencer as its selection as Miss Golden Globe for 'The 67th Annual Golden Globe Awards' to be telecast live on NBC on Sunday, January 17, 2010. HFPA President Philip Berk made the announcement at the Second Annual Golden Globes Party Saluting Young Hollywood, which took place at Nobu West Hollywood on December 8. Traditionally, Miss Golden Globe, who assists in the Golden Globes ceremony, is the daughter of a well-known celebrity.

Tonight, November 23 at 7:00pm, Melora Hardin and Gildart Jackson's YOU, will have a special screening at the Opera Plaza Cinema. YOU is a love story spanning 21 years, bouncing around in time, creating a kind of family quilt that wraps around a father as he struggles to overcome the grief of losing his beloved wife and raise their daughter alone.
