Franc D'Ambrosio, who's most known for playing the title role in The Phantom of the Opera for most of the show's five-year run in San Francisco is going solo at Joe's Pubon Sunday night, April 30th at 7:00 pm.

EVITA, one of the world's greatest musicals, returns to London's West End after 21 years this summer. Directed by the award-winning Michael Grandage and featuring lyrics by Tim Rice and music by Andrew Lloyd Webber, the brand new production of the smash-hit stage show has its Press Night at the Adelphi Theatre on June 21st.

The soundtrack of the film version of The Phantom of the Opera has ranked as #2 on Billboard's Year End Chart for soundtracks

Maria Friedman, the leading lady of the British musical theatre, makes her Broadway debut in London's smash hit musical, THE WOMAN IN WHITE, opening on Broadway Thursday, November 17th at the Marquis Theatre (211 W 45th St).

The production will play a pre-Broadway engagement at San Francisco's Curran Theatre September 13th to October 9th.

The Duplex Cabaret Theatre is very pleased to continue it's CINEMA DUPLEX series with a very special screening of the acclaimed 2003 film, Camp. The evening will also feature a live, musical performance from the film's cast, as well as an interview with Todd Graff, Camp's writer/director. Seth Rudetsky, host of the popular Broadway Chatterbox, will host the evening.

The production, conducted by Sir Neville Marriner and directed by Edward Berkeley, will be performed March 17-19 and 22, 2005.

English National Opera's (ENO) new production of Leonard Bernstein's ON THE TOWN begins March 5, 2005 at the London Coliseum (Press Night March 10, 2005). There will be 17 performances playing in repertory until May 24, 2005.

On Dec. 12 the NY premiere of The Phantom of the Opera film took place at the Ziegfeld Theater. The film opens in LA, NY and other select cities on Dec. 22, and across the country in Jan. 2005.

This past week in Spain, Joel Schumacher and Lord Andrew Lloyd Webber received awards at SITGES after a screening of The Phantom of The Opera.
