'Making it on Broadway' (www.makingitonbroadway.net) a week long intensive theater and theater education series in New York City, has only a few spots left in its exciting summer session. This summer, the prestigious guest teachers include, but are not limited to, Laura Osnes (Tony Nominee for 'Cinderella'), Frank Wildhorn (Composer of 'Jekyll and Hyde', 'Scarlet Pimpernel', 'Bonnie and Clyde', 'Wonderland'), Pasek and Paul (Tony Nominated Composers of 'A Christmas Story'), Anthony Rapp ('Rent'), and Lindsay Mendez (Star of 'Dogfight' and currently playing Elphaba in 'Wicked').

Ah, that first day of rehearsal . . . you arrive in a really cute outfit, eager to meet all the other attractive people you'll be in the trenches with for the next few months . . . the Designers make their presentations, showing everyone how beautiful the stage will look and how gorgeous the cast will be in costume. Oh, if only that bliss of knowing that you look good could last. *Sigh.*

Pioneer Theatre Company Adds Wednesday Matinee Performance to LES MISERABLES Schedule

Due to popular demand, Pioneer Theatre Company has added an extra matinee performance of Les Miserables on Wednesday, May 29, 2013. The performance takes place at2:00 p.m. Tickets for the extra performance go on sale Monday, May 13, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. via the internet at www.pioneertheatre.org and via the Box Office in person or at 801-581-6961. Tickets for all other performances may also still be purchased. Half-priced tickets for children in grades K-12 are available for the May 29 matinee performance, and for all of the remaining Monday and Tuesday evening performances.

Hey BroadwayWorld.com! Hello from Pioneer Theatre Company in Salt Lake City, where we're deep in rehearsals for Les Miserables. This ever-popular musical is making a comeback - literally - and, no, I don't mean an uptick in ticket sales since the movie was released last December. PTC was the first regional theatre to produce Les Mis, in 2007, where it played for 10 sold-out weeks. So it's no surprise that we're here again, just six years later, bringing this amazing story to life.

Williamstown Theatre Festival Artistic Director Jenny Gersten has announced casting for the 2013 summer season's exciting slate of productions. On the Main Stage, the cast of Animal Crackers (playing June 26 - July 14, 2013) will include Jonathan Brody (Naked Boys Singing), Adam Chanler-Berat (Peter and the Starcatcher), Mara Davi (Death Takes a Holiday), Renee Elise Goldsberry (Good People), Ellen Harvey (How to Succeed...), and Jacob Ming Trent (Hands on a Hardbody), all making their WTF debuts.

(UMC) presents a developmental reading of the 1958 backstage comedy SAY, DARLING by Tony Award winner Richard Bissell (The Pajama Game), Tony Award winner Abe Burrows (Guys and Dolls) and Marian Bissell. The play with music features songs by the Tony Award-winning team of Betty Comden, Adolph Green and Jule Styne (Bells Are Ringing, Do Re Mi).
