BWW Review: THE LITTLE MERMAID at Saenger
by Tara Bennett

For me, my princess is Ariel.

Theatre by the Sea continues its 2015 season with a colorful and thoroughly enjoyable production of Disney's THE LITTLE MERMAID. With ocean breezes only steps from the theater doors, Matunuck's stage is the perfect host for this tale of undersea kingdoms, fairy-tale adventures, and the power of true love.
BWW Reviews: Take a Swim With Ariel in THE LITTLE MERMAID
by Amanda Finn

One little swish of her tail and they were smitten. The girls who grew up admiring Ariel and humming her tunes can now have the same giddy feeling they used to get when that well-worn VHS slid into the machine. The Little Mermaid had a short lived run on the Great White Way, but that hasn't stopped other companies from having their go at a show with a lot to give.

by Tyler Hinton
- Jun 15, 2015
Hale Centre Theatre in West Valley does not disappoint with its sumptuous production of Disney's THE LITTLE MERMAID--a Broadway musical as much deserving of success as the hit animated film on which it's based. With a shimmering score that features both old and new favorites, it has all the makings of a hit. Hale Centre Theatre's production does justice to the material in a massive production that shimmers in its own right.
