On November 2nd, The Academy of Magical Arts is planning a week long celebration of Magic for the 100th anniversary of the structure known today as The Magic Castle, culminating in a show at the Kodak Theatre called IT's MAGIC! on Nov 8th (Attached).

Cabaret Cares the monthly benefit series that raises funds for Broadway Cares Equity Fights AIDS and Help Is On The Way Today returns in August. Created in 2005 by cabaret producer Joseph Macchia Cabaret Cares was created to help raise funds for Broadway Cares. The series was then a weekly summer series at Helen's cabaret room that brought together the best of the Broadway and Cabaret community.

'Monty Python's Spamalot,' the popular musical lovingly ripped-off from the internationally famous comedy team's most popular motion picture, 'Monty Python and the Holy Grail,' opened Center Theatre Group's 2009-2010 at the Ahmanson Theatre of the Los Angeles Music Center on July 7th.
