Last week, fans of Broadway's HAMILTON were overjoyed to learn the news that the hit Broadway musical would be performing at this year's GRAMMY AWARDS.

Signature Theatre has announced a one week extension for Angel Reapers, written by Residency Five playwright Martha Clarke and Tony- and Pulitzer Prize-winner Alfred Uhry, directed and choreographed by Ms. Clarke. The production will now run through March 20, 2016 with a Monday, February 22 opening night in The Romulus Linney Courtyard Theatre at The Pershing Square Signature Center (480 West 42nd Street between 9th and 10th Avenues). Tickets for extension performances begin at $35.

Filled with eye-popping visuals, optical trickery, risky stunts, hilarious audience participation, and lots of hammy showmanship (complete with Solid Gold-style background dancers-slash-magicians' assistants), THE ILLUSIONISTS - LIVE FROM BROADWAY is a supremely entertaining if occasionally cheesy stage show that's like several caffeinated Vegas magic shows on steroids all mashed together. The first stop of this new leg of the post-Broadway national tour is Orange County's Segerstrom Center for the Arts in Costa Mesa, where it will attempt to wow local audiences for a strictly one-week engagement until February 7.

Oakland School for the Arts in Oakland, California will present the world premiere amateur youth production of Andrew Lloyd Webber's newest Broadway smash hit, School of Rock - The Musical, as the hit musical continues its professional Broadway run at the Winter Garden Theatre (1634 Broadway) in New York City.  In an unprecedented move, Lloyd Webber teamed up with R&H Theatricals prior to the show's Broadway opening on November 6, 2015 to make youth performance rights available to schools and youth theatres across the U.S. and Canada. In an exciting move, producer (and Oakland School of the Arts supporter) Carole Shorenstein Hays has invited OSA to present their musical on the historic stage of the Curran (where The Phantom of the Opera played for five record-breaking years) March 3 - 12, 2016.

AMERICAN PSYCHO, the American premiere of a new musical based on the novel by Bret Easton Ellis -- which celebrates the 25th anniversary of its publication this March -- has welcomed Theo Stockman (American Idiot, Hair) and Brandon Kalm (American Idiot on tour) to the cast, it was announced today.

The nonprofit AT&T Performing Arts Center announced today that individual tickets for the Dallas engagement of Roundabout Theatre Company's CABARET will go on sale Friday, February 12 at 10 a.m. where it will perform a limited two week engagement May 25 - June 5, 2016 at the Winspear Opera House in the Dallas Arts District.
