This revival will have played a total of 463 performances when it gives its final bow. Just confirmed, a National Tour is planned beginning in the fall of 2018.

Beloved actress Carrie Fisher is now in stable condition after suffering a heart attack over the weekend. Today BWW looks back at Fisher's autobiographical one-woman Broadway show, WISHFUL DRINKING.

The completely original new musical Something Rotten!, directed and choreographed by Tony Award winner Casey Nicholaw (The Book of Mormon, Aladdin), with music and lyrics by Grammy Award winner and Tony Award nominee Wayne Kirkpatrick and Golden Globe Award and Tony Award nominee Karey Kirkpatrick and a book by Tony Award nominees Karey Kirkpatrick and best-selling author John O'Farrell, opens at the Fabulous Fox Theatre February 7 and plays until February 19.

Taking the stage as Christopher is recent Julliard graduate, Adam Langdon. I had the pleasure of speaking with Adam and learning about his experience playing this "exceptionally intelligent boy" and his unique connection to the role.

Universal Stage Productions, the live theatre division of the world famous movie studio, has announced that Ghostlight Records will record the cast album of the critically acclaimed Roundabout Theatre Company production of HOLIDAY INN, THE NEW IRVING BERLIN MUSICAL on January 8 & 9, 2017.

Center Theatre Group's production of 'Amelie, A New Musical' at the Ahmanson Theatre opened December 16 and continues through January 15, 2017. Captured live on 14 high-definition cameras at Roundabout's Studio 54. 'Holiday Inn' will be available to watch on BroadwayHD.com on Saturday, January 14 at 8 p.m. ET. The critically acclaimed production of 'Holiday Inn' opened on Broadway on October 6, withVariety exclaiming 'Smashing performers, dynamic dancing and a lively orchestra make it the FEEL GOOD show of the fall!'
