An original adaptation of Dostoevsky's Demons, ...the itsy bitsy spider... is conceived and directed by the internationally renowned director Alexandre Marine, and is performed by the members of the New York-based company Studio Six of the Moscow Art Theatre. The bold, highly physical adaptation features original music and choreography performed by the tightly knit ensemble, bringing a news perspective to one of Dostoevsky's most arresting tales. ...the itsy bitsy spider... will run as part of the Wildside Theatre Festival in Montreal at the Centaur Theatre from January 4-16, 2011.
