At a special event at the Princess of Wales Theatre Tony Sheldon ('Bernadette') introduced Priscilla, provided a tour and chatted with the media. Mirvish Productions is bringing the magical show to Toronto for a 12 week pre-Broadway run and BWW was on hand to bring you photographs from the sneak peek performance on September 29th, 2010.
Priscilla Queen Of The Desert The Musical, written by Stephan Elliott and Allan Scott and directed by Simon Phillips, will open on Broadway on Sunday, March 20, 2011 at the Palace Theatre (1564 Broadway). Previews will begin on Monday, February 28, 2011.

The New York Times reports today that LA CAGE's most temperamental Cagelle, Nick Adams, will be joining the cast of PRISCILLA, QUEEN OF THE DESERT. Assuming the familiar role of yet another drag queen, Adams will play the role of Felicia in the North American company of PRISCILLA, which will open at the Princess of Wales Theatre in Toronto on October 12 before heading to Broadway next spring.
