Directed by Nick Demos with musical direction by Brett Kristofferson, Not Another Christmas Letter! features book, lyrics and additional music by Paul Cozby and music and arrangements by Laura Bergquist. The 2017 production, conceived, written, and directed by Brian P. Allen, is no exception; in fact, if anything, this year's show is bigger, bolder, and full of delightful surprises.

Hosted by series Producing Artistic Director and Casting Director Stephen DeAngelis, the popular series allows performers to showcase their versatility and share anecdotes about their experiences. Performers scheduled for November 27th are Zach Adkins (Anastasia), Kennedy Caughell (Natasha, Pierre and the Great Comet of 1812), Erin Clemons (Hamilton), Kayla Davion (Waitress), Amanda Lea LaVergne (Annie), Tony LePage (Come From Away), Madison Micucci (The Band's Visit), Katie Sexton (The Play That Goes Wrong) and Eric Ulloa (On Your Feet!). Musical Director/Accompanist for the evening will be Eugene Gwozdz.

Those are the questions that one family is faced during a fateful road trip in the new musical DEATHLESS which opens at Goodspeed's Terris Theatre in Chester on June 2. I had the chance to sit down with the writer, lyricist, and composer of DEATHLESS, Zack Zadek and talk about his inspiration for the show, the process of bringing a new musical to life, and the emotional themes on display in this new production.

The Metropolitan Opera announced that the acclaimed conductor Yannick Nezet-Seguinwill be the company's new Music Director. The position has previously been held by only two artists in the company's storied 133-year history-James Levine, who after 40 years in the position stepped down at the end of the recently concluded season to become the company's first Music Director Emeritus, and Rafael Kubelik, who held the title briefly in the company's 1973-74 season.
