Colin Kane Set to Make Comix At Foxwoods Debut For Four Shows this April

Billed by Dennis Miller as "the next really big comedian" and described by fans as 'acerbic and brilliant,' Colin Kane has proven himself to be a force in comedic circles. This April, Kane will take the Comix stage for the first time for four highly-anticipated shows beginning on Thursday, Apr. 11 at 8 p.m., with additional shows on Friday, Apr. 12 at 8 p.m. and Saturday, Apr. 13 at 8 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. These shows are not for the faint of heart or easily offended, lines will be crossed and common decency will be left at the door. Fans will be welcomed to witness a "Nasty Show with Colin Kane" during his final uproarious performance.

Gary Valentine got his start in show business on the stand up comedy stage. After an appearance at the Montreal Comedy Festival, he left his native New York for heavier traffic in Los Angeles. There, he quickly landed spots on various talk shows including, "The Late Late Show with Craig Kilborn," "Late Night with Conan O'Brien" and the "Tonight Show with Jay Leno", among others. He's been headlining comedy clubs and theaters for the past fifteen years.

Winter gets warmer when the cover of this year's Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue, along with the identity of the 2013 cover model, is revealed on the LATE SHOW with DAVID LETTERMAN, tonight, Feb. 11 (11:35 PM-12:37 AM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. In what has become a tradition on the broadcast, this will mark the sixth consecutive year that the Swimsuit cover is revealed on the show.

The Chicago City Limits National Touring Company arrives at The Barns at Wolf Trap to perform their highly lauded improvisational parodies. As New York City's longest running comedic act, which in the past has hosted comedians such as Jerry Seinfeld, Jon Stewart, and Robin Williams among others, the actors of Chicago City Limits recount today's hard news through a series of hilariously relevant satirical sketches. In 2008 and 2009 the troupe was bestowed the MAC Award for Best Comedy/Improv Group by The Manhattan Association of Cabarets and Clubs. Regularly performing at academic institutions and performing arts venues across the United States, the touring company cast has also made appearances at Super Bowl XXIII, HBO's US Comedy Arts Festival, Lincoln Center, the Smithsonian Institution, and The Today Show.

The Stand Up for a Cure 2013 Concert Series announced today that comedy icon Jerry Seinfeld will be joined by guests Colin Quinn and TV anchor Rosanna Scotto to kick off the new season, with a show at The Theater at Madison Square Garden on April 17th. The show will partner with The American Diabetes Association to benefit research into juvenile diabetes.
