The White Plains Performing Arts Center (WPPAC) invites you to laugh off your golf shirt at the NY Regional Premiere of THE FOX ON THE FAIRWAY, a tribute from Ken Ludwig (Lend Me A Tenor, Moon Over Buffalo) to the great English farces of the 1930s and 1940s, which will be onstage from today, May 16 - June 1.

The White Plains Performing Arts Center (WPPAC) invites you to laugh off your golf shirt at the NY Regional Premiere of THE FOX ON THE FAIRWAY, a tribute from Ken Ludwig (Lend Me A Tenor, Moon Over Buffalo) to the great English farces of the 1930s and 1940s, which will be onstage from May 16 - June 1.

Disney's On the Record, a musical revue and theatrical celebration of 75 years of Disney music, will have its tri-state regional premiere on the White Plains Performing Arts Center's main stage June 20 - 29. This show-stopping musical from Disney is set in a contemporary recording studio that sparkles with 64 of the most beloved songs ever written, from some of the most popular films ever made over the past 75 years.

Jeremy Quinn, Artistic Director, stated, 'After our enormously successful holiday production of LES MISERABLES, everyone kept asking me what we were going to produce next. Well ?here it is! A perfect show to help usher in warmer weather, we're thrilled to bring you the NY Regional Premiere of Ken Ludwig's THE FOX ON THE FAIRWAY. Another contemporary farce from the playwright of LEND ME A TENOR (WPPAC 2012), I can bet this production will also be a 'hole-in-one'!'

White Plains Performing Arts Center's Board of Trustees announces its annual Gala, a celebration of the Performing Arts Center's Tenth Anniversary, to be held at the downtown White Plains theatre on Saturday, November 2 beginning at 7:30 pm. The event will honor Peter Gisondi Sr. and Tony and Anthony Goncalves for their steadfast support of the theatre and its mission. "It is my particular pleasure to single out three stellar individuals who have been with us for the last decade with ongoing support and encouragement. The Gisondi and Goncalves families are beloved members of our community and original Founders of the theatre who believe in the value of the arts to the residents of our City and region. We salute them for their leadership roles among the local business community in recognizing the theatre's contribution to the quality of life and economy of our City", said Board Chairman, John J. Ioris.

HAIR: The American Tribal Love-Rock Musical, with book and lyrics by James Rado and Gerome Ragni and music by Galt MacDermot, is the story of the 'tribe', a group of politically active, long-haired hippies of the 'Age of Aquarius' living a bohemian life in New York City and fighting against conscription into the Vietnam War and features the familiar hit songs 'Aquarius', 'Good Morning Starshine,' and 'Let The Sun Shine In.'
