The results are in! This year, we shattered all previous site records, by more than DOUBLE, as hundreds of thousands of theatregoers and fans weighed in on their favorites of th 2011-12 theatre season on Broadway, Off-Broadway and beyond.

The cast of THE BOOK OF MORMON will open the 66th Annual Tony Awards on Sunday, June 10th, according to the New York Post.

On June 1st, Broadway favorite Shuler Hensley opened as Dr. Hannibal Lecter in Off-Broadway's smash hit SILENCE! The Musical for four weeks only through June 24th, filling in for the vacationing David Garrison.

The New York Yankees today announced that Yankee Stadium will host the second annual 'Bombers Boomer Broadway Softball Classic' on Thursday, June 14, 2012.

Homeless youth working towards brighter futures will get a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to perform with Broadway stars at Covenant House's A Night of Broadway Stars gala on Tuesday, June 12 on the stage of Frederick P. Rose Hall, Home of Jazz at Lincoln Center. A Night of Broadway Stars starts at 6:00 pm with a cocktail reception. The show begins at 7:30 pm, followed by a dessert reception with the stars.

The stars of PETER AND THE STARCATCHER - Christian Borle, Adam Chanler-Berat and Celia Keenan-Bolger - are set for a June 14 signing of the show's annotated script. They'll be joined by playwright Rick Elice and the author of Peter and the Starcatchers, Ridley Pearson.

Davis. The evening will also include performances by Tony nominated Plays, such as: End of the Rainbow with Tony nominated actress Tracie Bennett; One Man, Two Guvnors with Tony nominated actor James Corden and Peter and the Starcatcher featuring Tony nominees Christian Borle and Celia Keenan-Bolger. The show will also feature a performance with Corbin Bleu and the cast of Godspell and Ghost The Musical featuring Bryce Pinkham, Caissie Levy and Richard Fleeshman.

Nominations for the 57th Annual Drama Desk Awards were announced at a news conference this morning by Drama Desk winners Donna Murphy and Brian d'Arcy James. The 57th Annual Drama Desk Awards took place tonight, Sunday, June 3, 2012 at 8:00 PM at The Town Hall in Manhattan.
