Join us for a not-to-be-missed conversation about the upcoming Broadway production of Lend Me a Tenor. The discussion features director Stanley Tucci (Julie & Julia) along with cast members Anthony LaPaglia (Without A Trace), Tony Shalhoub (Monk), Justin Bartha (The Hangover), Jan Maxwell, Brooke Adams, Mary Catherine Garrison, Jennifer Laura Thompson and Jay Klaitz. Artist Robert Rodriguez has designed logos for several big name companies over the years. Most notably, he gave the famed Quaker Oats man a makeover to make him more appealing to the health-conscious masses. Most recently, Rodriguez was tapped to design the artwork for the upcoming Broadway production of LEND ME A TENOR, starring Tony Shalhoub and Anthony LaPaglia and directed by Stanley Tucci.

Justin Bartha Confirmed for LEND ME A TENOR

Justin Bartha, known from his big screen roles in The Hangover and National Treasure, will officially be joining the upcoming revival of LEND ME A TENOR in the role that was originally set to be played by T.R. Knight.

Variety is reporting (sourcing the show's Telecharge ticketing page, not any sort of official confirmation) that Justin Bartha, known from his big screen roles in The Hangover and National Treasure will join the upcoming revival of LEND ME A TENOR in the role that was originally set to be played by T.R. Knight.

LEND ME A TENOR May Play in West End

WhatsOnStage.com is reporting that a West End production of 'Lend Me a Tenor' may be in the works for fall of 2010. Casting is reportedly underway, with plans for a short run at the Plymouth prior to a potential transfer to the West End.

Tucci-Helmed LEND ME A TENOR Bows on Broadway this Spring

Ken Ludwig's comedy LEND ME A TENOR starring Anthony LaPaglia, Tony Shalhoub, Jan Maxwell, Mary Catherine Garrison, Jennifer Laura Thompson, Jay Klaitz, and Brooke Adams, directed by Stanley Tucci, will bow on Broadway on April 4, 2010 at the Music Box Theatre (239 West 45th Street). Preview performances begin March 11. Additonal casting will be announced.

Review - On The Town: Subways Are For Seeking

Penned by a pair of downtown revue writers (Betty Comden and Adolph Green), composed by a wunderkind New York Philharmonic conductor (Leonard Bernstein), choreographed by a Ballet Theatre soloist (Jerome Robbins) and originally directed by musical comedy master George Abbott, there's never been a musical on Broadway that mixes highbrow and lowbrow with such a wondrous cacophonous clash as On The Town.

NYMF: Judas and Me: Jesus is Coming!

I feel like I've seen the token Biblical story festival show before - maybe too many times. There always seems to be one. So, forgive me for saying I was a little skeptical. But I chose to see Judas and Me on account of its multi-layered pedigree - cast, creative team, all around were packed with names I love. And maybe that's why, of all those Bible story musicals, it's definitely my favorite.
