The Royal Shakespeare Company and BBC Arts today confirmed that Roy Alexander Weise's 2022 production of Much Ado About Nothing will be broadcast on BBC Four on Sunday 3 April at 8pm following its run in Stratford-upon-Avon.

Following the successes of its sold-out 2019 premiere and subsequent run in 2021, the award-winning seven methods of killing kylie jenner by Jasmine Lee-Jones, directed by Royal Court Associate Director Milli Bhatia, will be available to stream worldwide for three weeks from Sunday 27 March 2022, World Theatre Day.

The Bush has had non-stop success after success with their recent programming, however this show misses the mark by a lot. Roy Alexander Weise, whose career has also gone from strength to strength, directs Eve Leigh's confusing and dull text. Billed as a magic show, it is anything but spectacular.

Today the Tricycle Theatre announces initial programming for its fourth Takeover. Six venues across the borough will host more than 25 free events, screenings, performances and masterclasses across a 13 day period in April. Jukebox musicals seem to be as popular as ever in the West End, using familiar songs to tell stories on stage. Mamma Mia! is coming close to two decades in London, and newcomers like Motown the Musical are extending their runs. With audiences returning year after year, there is unquestionably an audience for ABBA. Licensed to Ill raises a question which a different band faced: is there an audience for the Beastie Boys? When I first heard there was a musical about this hip-hop group, I'll admit I questioned whether there was an audience for the show itself. Well, 'Ch-Check It Out': there is. This evolution of the Beastie Boys is a revolution for the London stage and storytelling.
