Jeff Bridges to be Awarded with the Cinematographers Board of Governors Award

Oscar-winner Jeff Bridges, whose many distinguished performances have earned him seven Academy Award nominations, will be honored with the Board of Governors Award at the 33rd Annual ASC Awards for Outstanding Achievement on February 9 at Hollywood & Highland's Ray Dolby Ballroom. 

American Masters Pictures Films to World Premiere at Sundance

Three American Masters Pictures documentaries will have their world premiere at Sundance Film Festival 2019, which runs from January 24 – February 3: Miles Davis: Birth of the Cool, N. Scott Momaday: Words from a Bear and Toni Morrison: The Pieces I Am.

The Hollywood Foreign Press Association (HFPA) and dick clark productions (dcp) today announced that they will partner with Facebook Inc. as the exclusive live-streaming platform for “HFPA Presents Globes Red Carpet Live,” the official red carpet pre-show for the 76th Annual Golden Globe Awards. The exclusive partnership, which started with a global livestream of the show's nominations announcement, will enable Facebook and Instagram users to feel the heartbeat of the 76thAnnual Golden Globe Awards, Hollywood's Party of the Year®.

Hollywood Foreign Press and American Cinematheque Celebrate the 2019 Golden Globe Foreign Language Nominees

The Hollywood Foreign Press Association (HFPA) and American Cinematheque will celebrate the best in international cinema with the2019 Golden Globe Foreign-Language Nominees Screening Series and Symposium. The screening series will take place January 1-4, 2019 at the Aero Theatre, with the Symposium on January 5 at the Egyptian Theatre, featuring a panel with the directors of the nominated films in the Best Motion Picture - Foreign Language category.

Jeff Bridges to Receive the 2019 Cecil B. deMille Award at the GOLDEN GLOBES

The Hollywood Foreign Press Association (HFPA) announced today that Golden Globe winner and four-time nominee Jeff Bridges will be honored with the 2019 Cecil B. deMille Award at the 76th Annual Golden Globe Awards on Sunday, January 6, 2019. The highly-acclaimed actor of such legendary films as Crazy Heart, The Big Lebowski, True Grit and The Fabulous Baker Boys will accept the honor at the awards ceremony, hosted by Sandra Oh and Andy Samberg, and airing LIVE coast to coast from 5-8 p.m. PT/8-11 p.m. ET on NBC.

Yoko Ono Lennon and The John Lennon Educational Tour Bus (Lennon Bus) presented by Other World Computing (OWC), the premier non-profit 501(c)(3) state-of-the-art mobile production facility that provides hands-on creative experiences to students of all ages, announced today the culminating event of the fifth annual month-long Come Together NYC residency: a gallery exhibition at Adorama in New York City on October 17th from 5:00pm to 8:00pm EST.
