GREEN will preview on Wednesday, August 26; Thursday, August 27 and Friday, August 28 at 8:00pm and will open on Saturday, August 29 at 8:00pm and continue through Sunday, September 27 at The Colony Theatre, 555 North Third Street (at Cypress) adjacent to the Burbank Town Center.

Acclaimed stage and screen actor, Ben Hammer, will pay Cape May Stage Audiences a welcome visit in the award-winning Visiting Mr. Green by popular playwright Jeff Baron. Broadway veteran Hammer will be joined by up-and-comer Peter Sabri with both actors reprising their roles as Mr. Green and Ross, respectively.

The Colony Theatre Company is thrilled to announce its 35th Anniversary Season of shows! In this, its ninth year in its beautiful home in Burbank, the multi-Ovation Award-winning theatre company will be taking its subscribers and audiences on five extraordinary journeys beginning with two boys who dream of becoming classical pianists to two men -- one twenty, one eighty -- forced together against their will; from a new play exploring President Abraham Lincoln's humanity to a musical revue that explores Jacques Brel's musical genius and then there's also a cross-dressing sexy romp thrown in for good measure!

Asolo Rep unveils the cast for the rest of our season at a Town Hall event on December 2, 2008 at 5:00 pm. Asolo Rep's Town Hall events have become a tradition in Sarasota where new and loyal audiences come together to meet the cast and creative teams of each production and to hear Asolo Rep Producing Artistic Director Michael Donald Edwards address the themes and highlights of each production and special events of the year.

David S. Howard has worked in theatres all over the country and is a long-time resident company member at the Asolo Repertory Theatre in Sarasota. In addition to his stage work, Mr. Howard has also been seen on Broadway in I'm Not Rappaport and on film in Meet Joe Black, Deconstructing Harry, Substance of Fire, Moonstruck and Crimes and Misdemeanors.

Following a hugely successful national tour, Warren Mitchell will return to the West End in Jeff Baron's award-winning Visiting Mr. Green, directed by Patrick Garland.
