Human Revolution Entertainment are thrilled to announce, Anne De Salvo and Marisol Nichols will join the acclaimed cast of MY CHILD - MOTHERS OF WAR at The Hudson Backstage Theatre.  

Directed by playwright Angeliki Giannakopoulos, the world premiere of MY CHILD: MOTHERS OF WAR is based on her award winning documentary of the same name, which aired nationally on PBS. Composed of a collection of true intertwining monologues telling stories of six mothers whose lives were radically changed when their sons were sent to fight the war in Iraq, the play focuses on the struggle women face before, during and after their child leaves their protective arms and learns to be an adult on the battlefield, whether or not they ever return home.

Opening Act, an innovative nonprofit that provides free after-school theater programming to New York City's most under-served public high schools, today announced that Tony Award-winning director Kenny Leon (A Raisin in the Sun) will helm Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright Lynn Nottage's Fabulation, or The Re-Education of Undine for Opening Act's 9th Annual Benefit Play Reading at New World Stages on April 21st, 2015. Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts ("The Wallis") presents Enter Laughing - The Musical, featuring a book by Joseph Stein (Fiddler on the Roof), music and lyrics by Stan Daniels ("The Mary Tyler Moore Show"), and directed by Stuart Ross (Forever Plaid). Musical Direction is by Gerald Sternbach. The show will run for 23 performances only, February 8 - March 1, 2015, in the Lovelace Studio Theater

Founded by Devon Gummersall and Andrew Carlberg, THE PIECE PROJECT is a celebrity-based theater ensemble. Every two-three months, The Piece Project hosts a play reading to benefit a local Los Angeles theater company. Ian Forester will direct this reading of 4000 DAYS, whose cast includes Justin Kirk, Matthew Lillard and Jean Smart.
