Just in, the upcoming Broadway revival of Arthur Miller's The Crucible has moved its first preview to allow star Saoirse Ronan (a Best Actress Oscar nominee for her performance in the film Brooklyn) to attend the Oscars in Los Angeles on Sunday, February 28.
Arthur Miller's THE CRUCIBLE will return to Broadway at the Walter Kerr Theatre (219 West 48th Street) this spring. Leading the production are Ben Whishaw (as John Proctor), Sophie Okonedo (as Elizabeth Proctor), Saoirse Ronan (as Abigail Williams), and Ciaran Hinds (as Deputy-Governor Danforth).
