During the past several years, PRiMA Theatre, a non-profit organization that produces theatrical experiences at a variety of venues in the region, has brought some of musical theatre's top actors and vocalists to the area. This upcoming season boasts a bevy of Broadway's biggest stars.
Long Wharf Theatre travels back in time to the romance and fun of Montmartre in the late 1800s in its production of the musical My Paris, an imaginative retelling of the life of the artist Henri Toulouse-Lautrec, directed by Tony Award-winning director Kathleen Marshall, with music from the legendary French performer Charles Aznavour, and a book by Pulitzer Prize-winner Alfred Uhry, and with English lyrics and musical adaptations by Tony-winner Jason Robert Brown (The Last Five Years). Sierra Stages has extended the run of 'THE LAST FIVE YEARS' and added two performances on Friday May 13 at 8 PM and Saturday May 14 at 8 PM at the Off Center Stage in Grass Valley. All seats for both performances are only $15.
