Casting has been announced for the upcoming national tour of Green Day's AMERICAN IDIOT, the explosive Broadway hit called "wonderfully raucous" and "emotionally charged" by The New York Times, which will make its Raleigh premiere January 31 - February 5, 2012 at Progress Energy Center for the Performing Arts.

As a warm up the company will play two public preview performances tonight, December 21, and tomorrow, December 22 at the Stanley Theatre in Utica, New York before heading north to prep for the December 28 premiere.
