The season two finale of "Something New' has been released digitally today on iTunes, Stitcher, and TuneIn. On August 25th, the musical theatre podcast went to 54 Below to wrap up the season with a special live concert. Award-winning songwriter and host Joel B. New invited some of his favorite guests to join him and bring his songs to life onstage.

'Something New', the theatre podcast that dissects what it means to be a working, multifaceted artist in America, comes to 54 Below to wrap up its second season with a special live concert. Director/Choreographer Cynthia Thole appeared in the original Broadway revival of ME AND MY GIRL and transmits her familiarity with the show to an exuberant cast, led by engaging, talented Peabody native Joshua Holden.

Reagle Music Theatre of Greater Boston will present Me and My Girl from July 10-20, 2014 as part of its 46th Annual Summer Season at the Robinson Theatre (617 Lexington St. Waltham, MA). Me and My Girl is the joyously funny story of an unrefined cockney gent who must choose between love or money. The mixture of cockney and nobility results in a rollicking, hilarious Downton Abbey with engaging song and dance. Me and My Girl Director Cynthia Thole is a Broadway veteran and choreographer who was an original cast member in the Tony Award-Winning Broadway revival of Me and My Girl. Reagle Music Theatre is the long-running regional theater company known for casting Broadway stars alongside regional talent. Reagle's summer season will close with a deluge on stage in Singin' In the Rain (August 7-17).

In the second season premiere of 'Something New', Joel B. New sat down with acclaimed musical theatre performer and songwriter Drew Gasparini. Drew's musicals include 'Above My Pay Grade', "Make Me Bad", 'Circles', 'Inappropriate Stories Told At a Bar', and "Crazy, Just Like Me', which is about to receive an industry reading in NYC. Gasparini has also released three albums of his own work, including the recent "I Could Use A Drink,' and his song 'Good For You' was featured in the NBC musical series, Smash.
