According the the LA Times, Broadway LA has announced the 2010-2011 lineup for the Pantages Theatre. HAIR, SHREK THE MUSICAL, WEST SIDE STORY and ROCK OF AGES will all hit the Pantages stage this season in Hollywood.

The 2009-2010 season of Reprise Theatre Company continues with 'A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum,' 1962's Tony-Award-winning Best Musical, March 16 to 28 at UCLA's Freud Playhouse. Directed by David Lee, the production's book is by Burt Shevelove and Larry Gelbart, with music and lyrics by Stephen Sondheim.

Oskar Eustis, Artistic Director of The Public Theater, has announced the Broadway cast of HAIR: The American Tribal Love-Rock Musical. The new Tribe will debut on Tuesday, March 9, at the Al Hirschfeld Theatre. BroadwayWorld was on hand as the new hippies met the press today.

As HAIR readies for its Broadway makeover and London premiere, rumors have been swirling for weeks as to which current cast members will be settling in across the pond and which new faces will be gracing the Broadway production. The speculation will come to an end on Tuesday as the new cast will be announced at a 2:00PM press conference.

Will Swenson, star of HAIR, will be the featured guest on Seth's Broadway Chatterbox on Thursday, February 11 at 6pm. Seth's Broadway Chatterbox is a one hour weekly talk show at Don't Tell Mama (343 West 46th Street), hosted by Seth Rudetsky. The Tony Award-winning Broadway production of HAIR: The American Tribal Love-Rock Musical will celebrate the citywide closings of New York City public and private schools tomorrow, Wednesday, February 10, by offering $40 tickets to students for both the 2:00 P.M. matinee and the 8:00 P.M. evening performances.

New York's acclaimed Public Theater, in association with Cameron Mackintosh, recently announced that 'HAIR', the 2009 Tony-Award winning musical, will open at the Gielgud Theatre on Wednesday 14 April 2010, following previews from 1 April. Tickets went on sale Friday 20 November 2009.
