Sandy Duncan Departs Broadway's FINDING NEVERLAND Early?

Sandy Duncan, the beloved stage and screen actress known for her magical, high-flying, Tony-nominated performance as 'Peter Pan' on Broadway, returned to Neverland over the weekend as 'Madame du Maurier' in FINDING NEVERLAND. But her return to the classic fantasy realm -- and onstage in New York -- has been short-lived.

Sandy Duncan, the beloved stage and screen actress known for her magical, high-flying, Tony-nominated performance as 'Peter Pan' on Broadway, returns to Neverland. Duncan takes over the role of 'Madame du Maurier' in the hit musical Finding Neverland tonight, February 12.

Fans will have to wait just a little bit longer for Sandy Duncan, the beloved stage and screen actress known for her magical, high-flying, Tony-nominated performance as 'Peter Pan' on Broadway, to return to Neverland.

It's official! Sandy Duncan, the beloved stage and screen actress known for her magical, high-flying Tony® nominated performance as Peter Pan at Broadway's Lunt-Fontanne Theatre (205 West 46th Street), will return to Neverland - and to the Lunt (almost 37 years later) - onFebruary 9 to take over the role of 'Madame du Maurier' in the hit musical Finding Neverland. Berkshire Theatre Group & New Neighborhood's 'I SAW MY NEIGHBOR' Begins Next Week

Berkshire Theatre Group and Artistic Director/CEO Kate Maguire are pleased to announce the world premiere co-production with New Neighborhood of I Saw My Neighbor On the Train and I Didn't Even Smile by Suzanne Heathcote, directed by Jackson Gay. Opening night is Saturday, July 18. Preview performances begin on Thursday, July 16 at 7pm and the production closes Saturday, August 15 at 8pm.

MSM Announces NYC's First-Ever Conservatory Program in Musical Theater

At Manhattan School of Music's 2015 gala tonight, which honored Bebe Neuwirth and welcomed special guests Angela Lansbury, Barbara Cook, Marlo Thomas, Phil Donahue, and Tommy Tune in the Broadway Melody at the Rainbow Room, MSM President James Gandre announced that, beginning in fall 2016, MSM will become the first-ever independent music conservatory in New York (and only the second in the country) to offer a degree program in musical theater.
