Also announced is the show's second confirmed performer, Katy Perry, who just announced a UK arena tour for May 2014. Her new single 'Unconditionally' will be released in the UK on December 16th. The awards will be hosted by James Corden, marking his fifth appearance on the show on February 19, 2014.
