The Colony Theatre has announced that the final production of its historic 40thAnniversary season, the critically-acclaimed, smash-hit, Los Angeles Premiere of WORDS BY IRA GERSHWIN A Musical Play by Joseph Vass, directed by David Ellenstein, Musical Director Kevin Toney, Musical Arranger Joseph Vass will be EXTENDING through SUNDAY, MAY 24 at the Colony Theatre, 555 N. Third Street in Burbank.

The Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park will salute the legacy of Cincinnati's own King Records with a one-of-a-kind celebration in Over-the-Rhine's Washington Park on Sunday, May 31. Celebrating King Records will feature an evening of food, music and memories, capped with an exciting staged concert reading of KJ Sanchez's play CINCINNATI KING. The event launches the OTR Performs series and is also included as part of this year's Cincinnati Fringe Festival.
Julio Iglesias to Receive Honorary Degree from Berklee College of Music

Berklee College of Music president Roger H. Brown will present Julio Iglesias, Doug Morris, Harvey Mason, and Dee Dee Bridgewater with honorary doctor of music degrees at Berklee's commencement ceremony, Saturday, May 9, at the 7,000-seat Agganis Arena at Boston University. More than 900 Berklee graduates, their parents, and invited guests will be in attendance.

Skyline Theatre Company will present one of Broadway's most thrilling musical hits, DREAMGIRLS, April 24-26 and May 1-3 at the George Frey Center for Arts and Recreation in the Fair Lawn Community Center. Tickets are $29 for adults, $24 for seniors, and $20 for students.

WORDS BY IRA GERSHWIN will preview today, April 15; Thursday, April 16; and Friday, April 17 at 8:00pm. It will open on Saturday, April 18 at 8:00pm and continue through Sunday, May 17.
