Feinstein's at Loews Regency is currently hosting Scott Siegel's BROADWAY HOOTENANNY, which features different stars performing different songs every Thursday night at 11pm. Created, produced and hosted by Scott Siegel, the show features musical direction by Jesse Kissel. Now approaching its third week, casts have included Larry Gatlin, William Michals, Jon Fletcher, Claybourne Elder, Jamie deRoy, Courtney Simmons and Paul Pontrelli. It was just announced today that the next installment will feature Alice Ripley (Next To Normal), Joan Almedilla (Miss Saigon), Drama Desk Nominee Christina Bianco (Forbidden Broadway, Newsical: The Musical), and more.

It was announced today that the cast for the second week of Scott Siegel's BROADWAY HOOTENANNY will be Country Superstar Larry Gatlin (Will Rogers Follies), William Michals (Emile de Beque in Lincoln Center's production of South Pacific), Jon Fletcher (Bonnie & Clyde), and MORE! This exceptional and varied cast of top-flight entertainers will perform at 11 PM on Thursday, December 15th. They will be followed in the weeks and months ahead by an ever-increasing number of major names signing on to sing.

FEINSTEIN'S AT LOEWS REGENCY will continue its Fall 2011 season with "THE BROADWAY HOOTENANNY," a new weekly show produced, created and hosted by Scott Siegel. Jesse Kissel serves as Musical Director.

Yesterday, October 19, MEMPHIS celebrated its second anniversary on Broadway. On hand to celebrate at Glass House Tavern were MEMPHIS creators David Bryan and Joe DiPietro along with their Tony winning cast including Chad Kimball, Montego Glover, Derrick Baskin, J. Bernard Calloway, James Monroe Iglehart, John Jellison, and Nancy Opel.

The producers of the new musical Peter & I have announced that the show will receive a production at the Chernuchin Theater at the American Theater of Actors as part of The Araca Project, a new program created by The Araca Group to support emerging theatre artists. The production will run October 6 - October 16, 2011.

SILENCE! The Musical, the unauthorized parody of The Silence of the Lambs, with book by Hunter Bell, music & lyrics by Jon and Al Kaplan, and direction & choreography by Christopher Gattelli, officially opened on July 9th to unanimous rave reviews at Theatre 80 and immediately became a sold-out smash hit.

A reading of a brand new musical entitled Peter & I will be held on August 4th at Ripley Grier Studios. Peter & I stars Chris Dwan, Julia Murney (Wild Party, Wicked), Jack Noseworthy (Sweet Smell of Success, A Chorus Line), Emily Padgett (Rock of Ages, Grease), Constantine Rousouli (Hairspray, Wicked), and Lucas Steele (Three Penny Opera, The Kid). The ensemble includes Kimberly Burns, Ben Hart, Geoffrey Kidwell, Jeff Leatherwood, Sharon Taylor, and Hernando Umana. Book and lyrics for Peter & I were written by Matte O'Brien who will also direct the show. Music was composed by Matt Vinson. O'Brien's most recent work includes the Whoopi Goldberg produced White Noise at the Royal George in Chicago and the Le Petite Theatre in New Orleans. Amanda Morton (16 Days) is the Musical Director for the piece.

Tony Award-winner Cady Huffman, Tony Award-nominee Meg Bussert, Lisa Brescia, Jeremy Morse, and Molly Hager will round out the roster of performers singing Unsung Menken at The Laurie Beechman Theatre. They join the previously announced Badia Farha, Tony Award-winner Debbie Shapiro Gravitte, Joe Iconis, Jeremy Jordan, Liz Larsen, Jack Noseworthy, and Leenya Rideout. The one-night-only concert will feature the hidden gems from the catalogue of one of the most popular film and theatre composers of the previous generation.
