Pioneer Theatre Company will produce the professional North American Premiere of a new musical, The Count of Monte Cristo, by Frank Wildhorn and Jack Murphy in its 2015-2016 season.
The Players Club of Swarthmore presents Wings by Arthur Kopit, directed on the PCS Second Stage by George Mulford of Swarthmore. The cast, headed by Trina Tjersland of Hockessin, Delaware, includes Doris Chan of Garnet Valley, Kevin Doerr of Havertown, Sally Donovan of Blue Bell, Rick Gross of Philadelphia, Ellie Knickman of Ardmore, Suzette Krausen of Norristown, Jack Murphy of Hockessin, and Amy Stott of Chadds Ford.

BC Beat, the bi-annual choreography showcase established to support, explore and experience innovative theatrical dance, announces a line up for Monday November 10th featuring eight choreographers with work performed by a company of 40 artists from Broadway's biggest hits. Raymond McAnally won over audiences and critics alike in last season's sold-out smash hit Mrs. Mannerly, when he hilariously took on more than a dozen characters from a cutthroat 1960s etiquette class. Now, Mr. McAnally returns to Ensemble Theatre Cincinnati, having penned his own autobiographical one-man show where he will once again shift from himself to a myriad of other characters throughout the performance.
