The renegade style of justice is back when JUSTIFIED: THE COMPLETE THIRD SEASON is released on Blu-ray™ and DVD December 31st from Sony Pictures Home Entertainment. The modern-day, gun-slinging police drama stars Timothy Olyphant (TV's "Deadwood") as the rugged, old-school U.S. Marshal Raylan Givens, along with Walton Goggins (TV's "The Shield") as career criminal Boyd Crowder. The season guest stars Jeremy Davies in his Emmy®-winning role as Dickie Bennett (Outstanding Guest Actor in a Drama Series, 2012).

Primetime Emmy Award nominees Giancarlo Esposito, Michael J. Fox, Jon Hamm, Julianna Margulies and Julianne Moore, along with Andre Braugher, Connie Britton, Ron Howard, Lucy Liu and Keifer Sutherland, have been announced as additional presenters for 'The 64th Primetime Emmy(R) Awards.'

The telecast will air live coast to coast SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 23 (8:00-11:00 p.m., ET /5:00-8:00 p.m., PT), on the ABC Television Network from the NOKIA Theater L.A. LIVE in Los Angeles.

Amongst the highlights for theatre fans, the 65th Annual Tony Awards picked up three Emmys - for Outstanding Special Class Program, Art Direction and Outstanding Song (It's Not Just for Gays Anymore' - written by Adam Schlesinger & David Javerbaum and performed by Neil Patrick Harris). Smash choreographer Josua Bergasse picked up an award for Outstanding Choreography and the Kennedy Center Honors was named Outstanding Variety Special.

Circus Oz brings its 2012 Steam Powered to Kingsbury Hall for two hours of acrobatics, aerial performance, fast-paced knockabout comedy, plus much more, all set to the rocking sound of the live Circus Oz band. The Creative Arts portion of the 63rd Annual Primetime Emmy Awards were distributed in a ceremony held at the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles on Sept. 10. An edited version of the show will air on ReelzChannel on Sept. 17, the night before the Primetime Emmys air on FOX.

The nominations were released earlier this month for the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences 2011 Primetime Emmy Awards. Mad Men topped the list with 19 nominations, followed by Boardwalk Empire with 18, Modern Family with 17, Saturday Night Live with 16, Game of Thrones and 30 Rock with 13 and GLEE with 12.
